Estepona Townhouse

We acquired this beautiful townhouse because of its front line location and its proximity to the very popular Port of Estepona and to the town centre. This townhouse is part of what was traditionally the fisherman’s village so we were keen to maintain its place in the traditional tree-lined street. But our main intention was to totally transform the interior and maximise the interior space.  What was originally a two-bedroom one-bathroom property with a small roof terrace with a dark and dated interior, is now a stunning three-bedroom two-bathroom fully air-conditioned dream home filled with natural light with a large roof solarium equipped with a shower and outdoor kitchen.  So dramatic was the transformation, that it attracted the interest of popular TV show A Place In The Sun which aired on Channel 4 in September 2018.  You can watch the episode here.
